PRINCIPAL
Sonja Toote, M.A.
Principal
Sonja Toote completed a B.A. degree in Business Administration and a M.A. degree in Aeronautical Science. She has additional specialty training in employment law from the College of The Bahamas/Institute of Legal Executive, London, England. She has over 20 years of leadership and expertise in Human Resource Management Services. As President and CEO of H.R. Business Solutions and Marketing Ltd., from 2004 to present; she maintains a pool of employees that are assigned to several of her client companies.
Services provided include recruitment, placement, handling of compensation, and benefits. She manages and maintains all human resources records. She manages the general ledger accounts, reconciliation and payroll for all assigned employees
